For those of you who have started dabbling in learning about the internet or developing a web site, or starting some Affiliate Programs, you will have discovered that everyone has a registration process they want you to go through. I can tell you from experience, that I became very overwhelmed with remembering all the required information I used during the registration process. If the software involves installing onto your web site you may wish to add a column that says, #11 Installed (Put Yes or No).

I make a habit of loading each new registration into the file in alphabetical order. In order to do that simply right click on the line where you want it to go on the very left side box, a menu will fall down. Choose insert and voila a new line will be placed right where you want to put your new registration.

I have saved myself hours and hours of time not having to remember or look up my Login or User Name or Password info that I used for a specific product membership.

A second tip that I have found invaluable is to print off a copy of every software Splash Page that I purchase, complete with the One Time Opt-In Page and Sign Up page and Invoice prior to signing off the registration site. I then hand write on the top of the print off, the price I paid for the software, the contact email and who I purchased it through. This way I can always track the product back to the original email that sent me to the Splash Page.
